At Pilates and More we adhere to the Pilates Method, based on the principles of Joseph Pilates. This uses a combination of exercises to develop a strong core, and tone by elongating and lengthening muscles, and enhance flexibility, balance and coordination.

Pilates changes the way you look and feel, focusing on proper breathing and body awareness, resulting in higher energy levels and endurance. Pilates is a safe exercise, used also to prevent injuries and as rehabilitative therapy. Whether you want to get fit, or are recovering from an injury, or have a body like Madonna, try Pilates!

Our comprehensive Pilates Program includes small group classes, such as Mat Work, Magic Circle, Reformer, Balance Ball, Foam-Roller and Flex-band, as well as customized one-on-one personal and semi-private sessions on Pilates machines, such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Barrel.
