Yoga

Meaning "To Unite or Integrate" in Sanskrit, yoga is an ancient practice used in joining breath, body, mind and spirit to exist in harmony.

Yoga improves strength and flexibility, promotes better posture, stimulates the abdominal organs, improves circulation, tones muscles, and builds body awareness.

Yoga combines exercise, breathing and meditation to achieve and maintain balance; a whole body workout to stay physically and mentally fit!
