Pilates
| PILATES MATWORK 1 This class is recommended for people with no or minimal experience with Pilates. Learn the principles of alignment, breath and pelvic stabilization. |
PILATES MATWORK 3 This mat work class will take Pilates students, who completed the PILATES MATWORK 1 and 2, to the next level. |
