Traditional strength training techniques continue to give us positive results of toning and shaping our body; however, more recently, there has been another type of strength training introduced into the fitness field, which uses vibrations to tone muscles, reduce cellulite and tighten connective tissue.

VIBRAFIT is a vibrating platform on which you perform exercises tailored to your needs. The entire body is exercised in only 10 minutes due to the muscles expanding and contracting at high speed. This results in achieving the same results of traditional strength training in half the time, making it the most most-efficient way to get Fit and stay in Shape!

VIBRAFIT Whole Body Vibration Training is available in one-on-one sessions and small group classes.
